4D Lawn Care ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, contact us, or use our services, and how we use it. We are a small, family-owned lawn care business in Toledo, OH — we only collect what we need to quote and serve your property.
Information you give us
- When you call, text, or email us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and anything you tell us about your property or the work you need.
- When you use our quote form: the details you enter, such as your name, phone, email, address, and service needed. Our quote form is provided by a third-party form service; the information you submit is delivered to us through that service.
- When you become a customer: service history, scheduling details, billing information, and notes about your property (for example gate codes, pets, or areas to avoid).
Information collected automatically
- Basic usage data: pages visited, referring website, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. If we use website analytics, it is a privacy-focused service that does not use advertising cookies.
- Browser storage: our site saves your light/dark mode choice in your browser's local storage so it's remembered next time. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Our online tools
The Lawn Check, lawn size calculator, price estimator, and mulch calculator run entirely in your browser. We do not receive or store your answers or measurements unless you choose to send them to us — for example by tapping "Text my results to John," which opens your own messaging app with a pre-written message you can edit before sending.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and prepare quotes
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on services
- To send service-related messages such as arrival notices, rain-day reschedules, and invoices
- To process payments and keep business and tax records

- Business transfer, if the business is sold or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
Text messages

Some pages include embedded content from third parties, such as Google Maps on our service area pages and our third-party quote form. We keep customer records for as long as you're a customer and for a reasonable period afterward to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Quote requests that don't become customers are deleted when no longer needed.
